Smart911 - Are you ready for an emergency?

You never plan on having an emergency, but you can prepare... in case you do.

What is SMART911?

If you live, work or travel in Snohomish County, you can create a free online Safety Profile that provides vital information to emergency responders when you call 911. Smart911 is a free service that allows you to provide critical information including emergency contacts, address details, children’s photos or medical information, on a secure website. This information is only accessible by emergency responders when you call 911.

How does SMART911 work?

When you sign up for Smart911, you can create a secure Safety Profile that will display on the dispatcher's screen if you ever have to dial 911 for an emergency. You can add as much or as little to your profile as you want – the choice is yours.

How do I sign up?

Go to smart911.com and fill out your profile. As soon as you sign up, first responders will be aware of important information you have provided that will help Police, Fire, and EMS locate and help you in an emergency.
