There are plenty of ways to have a good time without the fireworks this July 4th. Try these fun alternatives with your family!

Visit Marysville's Spray Park

Grab your swimsuits and bring the whole family to the park at 514 Delta Ave (corner of 5th and State). There are water jets, dueling spray cannons and rotating sprinklers to help cool you down for FREE! Park hours are 11 a.m.-7 p.m. daily starting May 27 through Labor Day weekend.

Walk the Ebey Waterfront Trail

Get up close and personal with nature by visiting Marysville's new waterfront trail along the Ebey Slough and the recently restored Qwuloolt Estuary. A grand opening is scheduled in April.

Celebrate at the Evergreen Speedway

Start your engines! Visit the Evergreen Speedway in Monroe July 4th for a special Birthday Bash that includes a large car demo, boat races and a fireworks show. Tickets are $12 - $25.
