Preventing Falls is Key to Staying Active & Independent

You can't turn back the hands of time, but you can take steps to help stay active and independent by preventing falls.

Falls are a major threat to the health and independence for adults ages 65 and older. They're the leading cause of injury-related hospitalizations of older adults in our state. Falls are not a normal part of the aging process and can be prevented!
