Can you see your house numbers on your mailbox and/or house? The more easily we can find your home, the more quickly we can help you in an emergency.

Be sure your home address is:

• Contrasting or reflective

• AT LEAST four inches high - plain block (no fancy font that is hard to read)

• Visible up to 150 feet from all angles

• Able to be seen at night

Here's a test to see whether or not your home's address will be visible to emergency responders:

Try locating your house number from the street. Then drive past your home. Repeat this test at night. How long did it take you to find your house number? Emergency responders may experience the same difficulties when trying to find your home. Those extra minutes could save a life.
